Manga Underground. Maybe thirty, forty manga series, all shounen. It is excellent, you can download series like the complete Death Note in two files in the Uploads section, their Manga Archive hosts volume-by-volume downloads, and their sidebar Manga links link to very up-to-date chapter-by-chapter downloads of mangas like Bleach, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist and D.Gray-man. Very reliable for the files they have up.

It's got tons and tons of series, many hard to find. The only problem, I would think, is navigation. It's a forum-style, and most of the files are hosted on off-site servers, and some are hosted at MegaUpload, which could give you some trouble.
